Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We reserve the right to delay or withhold shipment pending verification of your eligibility to purchase research-use-only products. Orders placed with incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable information may be cancelled.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimated delivery windows are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. C&D Aminos is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.
C&D Aminos is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. International delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ensure that the importation of research chemicals and peptides is lawful in their jurisdiction. We will not issue refunds for orders seized or refused by customs authorities.
We ship via established national and regional carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the destination, package size, and selected service level. Carrier selection is at our discretion.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking portal. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at the address below.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. C&D Aminos is not liable for non-delivery or loss resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Re-shipment fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to an address error.
If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or credit.
C&D Aminos is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing or stolen. We encourage customers to use a secure delivery address and to consider requiring a signature upon delivery.
If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable for reasons other than our error, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. A restocking fee may apply. Any refund of the product cost will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Certain research compounds may be subject to carrier restrictions on shipping methods (e.g., air vs. ground transport). We comply with all applicable regulations governing the shipment of such materials. If a selected shipping method is not available for your order due to regulatory restrictions, we will contact you with alternative options.
